Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Every payment goes through PayPal's secure checkout, and you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card. Our Payment Methods page has the details.

When is my card charged?

Payment is taken when you place the order. If an order is canceled before it ships, the full amount is returned to the same payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email us with your order number and what you would like changed. If the 24 hours have passed but the order has not left yet, write to us anyway and we will still cancel it. Our Cancel & Change Order Policy explains every case.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, so the total you see before you pay is the total you are charged.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses in the 50 United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. If your address is unusual, write to us and we will see what we can do.

What is the order cutoff?

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a federal holiday begin processing on the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Handling takes 1 to 3 business days, then transit takes 5 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed. Our Shipping Policy covers carriers, delays, and lost parcels.

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also enter your order number and email address on our Order Tracking page.

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from the date your order is delivered. The tee should be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. Email us to start a return and a prepaid return label lands in your inbox within 1 business day. Returns cost you nothing.

Do I have to explain why I am returning something?

No. A reason helps us decide what to stock next, but you do not have to justify the return to us.

When will I get my refund?

Refund timing, inspection, and how banks post the credit are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return a special order item?

Not for a change of mind. If a special order item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, it is covered under our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my tee arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping, and in most cases you will not need to send the tee back.

Products & Sizing

What is the difference between a ringer tee and a baby tee?

A ringer tee has a body in one color with a contrasting band at the neck and both sleeves, and it has a little room through the body. A baby tee is cut shorter and closer, with a small sleeve, and is meant to meet the waistband of high-rise pants or a skirt.

How do I choose a size?

Measure a tee you already like wearing, laid flat, across the chest and from the top of the shoulder to the hem, and compare those numbers with our size chart. If you fall between two sizes on a baby tee, the larger one keeps the close fit without riding up.

Will the contrast trim bleed in the wash?

Wash your tee cold with similar colors and dry it flat or on low heat. Our care guide on the blog walks through the first few washes in more detail.

Can I skate in these tees?

Yes. Ringers give the arms room to swing, and baby tees sit close so there is nothing to catch. Our tees are clothing, not protective equipment, so wear your own pads and helmet on the rink.
